Sage's Ridge

The new home community of Sage’s Ridge is located midway between the cities of Jacksonville and Wilmington, North Carolina, in the town of Holly Ridge. No more than ten minutes from your front door are the Topsail Island towns of Topsail Beach, Surf City and North Topsail Beach with their wide oceanfront expanses of soft Carolina sand. Making the 30 +/- minute trip to the New River Air Station, Cherry Point or Camp LeJeune is as simple as driving to the front entrance of Sage’s Ridge and making a right, and then it is an easy drive on Highway 17 North. The Port city of Wilmington is also a 30 +/- drive, just by making a left at Sage’s Ridge exit. The shops, dining, theatre and the Wilmington riverfront are just that close. Our four models are open from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday and by appointment.
