Topsail Island and Surf City's Fourth of July celebration were a huge success, right down to the last sparkler!

The photo of the group out on the water includes some of our team members and their spouses or guests. Our Coldwell Banker Sea Coast family from Sneads Ferry, Topsail and some of our noble leaders from Wilmington joined us a couple of weeks ago for an evening cruise on Banks Channel. It was a glorious evening and although we were briefly stuck on a sandbar, we had good fellowship and great food. We have an eagle nesting atop a marker in the channel, so that was interesting. The sunset was awesome and we all agreed that we should repeat the trip in the fall.

Our broker associates have all been very busy, so the downtime was beneficial for all.
